Buyer and seller agree to transaction terms.
Buyer deposits funds into escrow.
Seller fulfills agreed obligations.
Buyer confirms satisfaction.
Funds are released accordingly.
If a dispute arises, funds may be held until resolution is achieved under our dispute procedures.
Service fees may apply to transactions conducted on the platform. All applicable fees will be disclosed before transaction confirmation. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Users may not:
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct
Conduct transactions involving illegal goods or services
Attempt to bypass escrow procedures
Use the platform for money laundering or financial crimes
Interfere with platform security or operations
Violation may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to authorities.
In the event of a dispute between transacting parties:
SureGate Escrow may request documentation or evidence
Funds may remain on hold until resolution
Our decision, based on available evidence, may be final where permitted by law
We reserve the right to refer disputes to arbitration where applicable.
SureGate Escrow is not responsible for:
The quality, legality, or delivery of goods/services
Losses arising from user misrepresentation
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the escrow service fee paid for the transaction in question.
We may conduct identity verification (KYC) and compliance checks. We reserve the right to:
Request identification documents
Suspend transactions pending verification
Report suspicious activity to regulatory authorities
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Users may close their account at any time, subject to pending transactions or compliance obligations.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
